HAMM–LET / Study on Voracity starts from the inexhaustible masterpiece of Shakespeare and goes through HAMMLETMACHINE by Heiner Muller’s cruel language, crossing also other looks that have been fascinated by the Shakespearian masterpiece. The work combines a deep research of Japanese aesthetics with echoes of Commedia dell’ Arte. An empty playing space, animated by the characters of Hamlet, Gertrude and Ophelia that create settings and conjure up presences.
